Since our business challenges in companies and especially for executive managers are getting more and more complex and uncoupled from our natural environment, it is worthwhile to reflect about “how you get all the demands of an enterprise in balance and focused on having success”. For this reason, a consultant with more than 25 years of proven success and experience in the „Med-Tech / Diagnostics / LifeSciences arena“– but young at heart - like me, can support medical companies, venture capital companies or executives in diverse positions in achieving their targets.     10.  Knowledge concerning a broad range of diseases: infectious diseases e.g. HIV, HPV & hospital acquired infections, cardiology, oncology, gastroenterology and diabetes (direct to consumers)
  2.  Finding solutions for leadership as well as sales and marketing challenges of large and small businesses
  3.  Having brought multiple Diagnostics products successfully to market – deep experience with business case and marketing strategy development in a broad range of market environments – repositioning of products
  4.  A significant network across the industry in Europe, Asia and South Africa including contacts to opinion leaders and experts in LifeSciences as well in-vitro Diagnostics (IVD) markets
